Live Plant Arrival Guarantee

Live plants may show temporary shipping stress after transit. If you believe your plant arrived with material transit damage or another serious arrival concern, contact Rockaway Botanica within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant, shipping box and interior packaging, plus an unboxing video.

Please contact us before altering the plant. Do not repot, wash or remove substrate from the roots, prune, propagate, fertilize, or treat the plant with pesticides, alcohol, chemicals or other products before we review an arrival concern. Once a plant has been materially altered, we may no longer be able to verify its arrival condition and the claim may be ineligible for replacement or refund.

Unless an urgent issue clearly requires intervention, we recommend allowing a newly arrived plant approximately 30 days to decompress and acclimate before routine repotting. If Rockaway Botanica intentionally ships the plant bare root, potting on arrival is required; follow the included arrival instructions and keep additional changes to a minimum while the plant settles.

Approved claims are reviewed individually. Because live plants are perishable, general returns and exchanges are not accepted.
