Live Plant Shipping & Arrival Policy

What you'll receive
You will receive one healthy live plant selected from current Rockaway Botanica stock in the size stated or selected in this listing. Because plants are living things, natural differences in leaf shape, coloration, fullness, and growth are expected.

Shipping
Plants are carefully inspected and secured for shipment. Orders are prepared within our stated 3–5 business day processing window and live plants normally ship Tuesday and Wednesday. Temporary shipping stress, minor leaf movement, or small cosmetic imperfections can occur during transit.

On arrival
Unpack your plant promptly and allow it time to acclimate before repotting or making major environmental changes. For any transit-damage claim, clear photos and an unboxing video showing the plant and packaging must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery/arrival through the order’s selling platform or support channel. This shop policy does not limit any rights or protections available through the applicable selling platform or law.

Returns
Because live plants are perishable, Rockaway Botanica does not accept general returns or exchanges. Arrival concerns are reviewed through the applicable order support channel and handled in accordance with the selling platform’s policies.
